This website

turndownhq.com has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) to keep the site running and secure.

The Turndown app

When your hotel uses Turndown we store what your team enters: names and email addresses of users, rooms, work items, notes, photos and the guest requests made from your QR codes. Each property's data is kept separate from every other property's.

We use it only to run the service for you, including the weekly backlog review you signed up for. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Backups and export

The database is backed up every night. You can export reports to CSV at any time, and if you leave we will give you a full export of your property's data.

Payments

Subscriptions are paid through PayPal. We do not see or store card numbers.
